Renmore Pantomime

Renmore are celebrating their 30th annual Pantomime with a glittering production of ‘Beauty and the Beast’

Specially scripted by Panto Dame, Peter Kennedy, it combines all the magic and wonder of the ageless tale, spiced up with topical and novel ingredients.

A mediaeval episode of ‘Blind Date’ has dire consequences for Prince Leopold when he doesn’t select the evil witch, Azaria, for his date. She retaliates by casting a spell and turning him into a Beast. However, love saves the day when Beauty and the magical Dr Freckle come to his rescue before the Rose finally fades and dies.

A host of well-known Galway performers, exhilarating dance routines, spectacular sets and costumes and the delightful little Renmore Smurfs will ensure a feast of family entertainment, directed by the Power Twins.
