Property Management
The Corporate Services department is responsible for the management of the City Council’s corporate property stock.
The past few years have seen much greater emphasis placed on ensuring effective asset management.
The corporate property work also includes managing both operational and leased properties on a day to day basis and so ensuring that the City Council’s property interests are safeguarded.
The work includes the management of the Council’s property database and negotiating terms of leases and licences in relation to the usage of the Council’s wide property portfolio.
