What is the City Map Guide
The City Map Guide is an interactive way to browse through the City.
It currently allows you to view the location of facilities such as Bring Banks, Schools and Car Parks.
Note: This is currently only accessible on IE Browsers, we will be launching a cross browser compatible version in the near future.
How do I use the City Map Guide
- Go to the Galway City Map Guide
- The Map of Galway City should display - if it does not you should check that your PC has the relevant plugins
- You can Add or Remove the information that is displayed by Ticking on the Check Boxes which are on the left hand side.
- The Toolbar is located on the top-right hand side. These tools allow you to zoom in and out and navigate around the map.
- You can also use the 'Find a Street' functionality by clicking on the button with the Binoculars.
- For Full Intructions on how to use the City Guide you should click on the Help button in the toolbar.
Tip: If you move your mouse cursor over the tools a description of what they do will be displayed.
