Fees for Appealing
There are several different fees applicable for lodging an appeal, depending on whether the case comes under the:
- Planning Acts
- Water Pollution Acts
- Air Pollution Act
- Building Control Act

Please note that a significant number of appeals are invalid either because no fee or an incorrect fee is included.
