Fees for Inspecting/Copies of Documentation

Fee Payable for Inspection of Archived Files

There is a charge per file for retrieval of files that are outside the Statutory Period (7 years). This fee is €6 per file. As files as far back as 1987 are scanned the charge only applies if the customer requires to see the original paper file.

Fee for Copy of Development Plan

The complete Development Plan 2005-2011 costs €95.   (CD-ROM €10)
 
Maps €20 each

Written Statements only  €65.

Variations of the Development Plan cost €1

Fee for Photocopying Extracts From Planning Files

A copy of entry/extract, including certified, costs €1 per page.

Charge for copy for photocopying, including drawings, are according to size as follows:

• A3 and A4:  €1 for 1st page, 50c for remainder up to maximum of €25
• A1-  €3
• A.0- €4

A copy of Fire Safety Certificate, costs €12

A copy of Commencement Notice, costs €12
