Parking Regulations are intended to help all road users by eliminating obstructions and reducing congestion, improving road safety and increasing the turnover of on-street parking spaces, and making the streets more acccessible for all.
Remember, it is the motorists’ responsibility to ensure that they are complying with the regulations when they park their vehicle on the street or in a carpark.
