Hours of Operation
The Pay and Display Parking Operates from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive.
Bank Holidays are treated as Sundays.
Charges On-Street Pay and Display Parking Areas:

All Pay and Display Machines will accept payment by Coinage and do not give change.
(Some Pay and Display Machines will accept Credit Cards)
Enforcement of On-Street and Off-Street Pay and Display Parking Areas
Non-Payment or No Pay and Display Ticket
10 minutes "grace time" is given to purchase a pay & display ticket before a Fixed Charge Notice is issued.
Expired Pay and Display Ticket
In this case the motorist will be allowed a "grace time" of 10 minutes to purchase another pay & display ticket after which time the motorist will be liable for a Fixed Charge Notice.
Prepayment
The Pay and Display machines will allow the purchase of parking tickets in advance.
A parking ticket permitting parking from 8:30 a.m. in the morning may be purchased outside the hours of operation, that is after 18:30 p.m. on any day and before 08:30 a.m. the following day, when the parking controls are again in operation.
