Tax Relief on Refuse Charges
In order to claim tax relief in respect of your local authority service charges, you must have:
- Paid all local authority service charges in full and on time for the previous calendar year
- Arrears from earlier years must be cleared in accordance with local authority conditions
- You must advise your local authority of the PPS Number of the person who is liable for the charges.
