Order a New Bin / Sign up

To avail of Galway City Council Refuse Collection service you should:

• Download the Application Form for Refuse Collection Service and complete in full.
• Return the Application Form By Post to:

Environment Section,
Galway City Council,
City Hall,
College Road,
Galway.

OR

• Return the Application Form By Email to bincharges@galwaycity.ie:

Please ensure you have a valid scanned signature of the owner-occupier or if rented Landlord/Agent

We will then set-up a customer account for you and you will receive your 3 wheelie bins (usually within 10 days).

A bill will then be issued to you.
