Reporting stolen and/or lost bins
As each wheelie bin is linked to a customer account, it is important that you report stolen and/or lost bins. Otherwise, you may get charged for waste placed in that bin.
Please report stolen, broken and/or lost bins to Galway City Council by calling (091) 536400 or by e-mailing customerservice@galwaycity.ie.
