Paying Water and Wastewater Charges
Veolia Galway City have been appointed by Galway City Council to operate and maintain the billing service for water charges.
Bills for metered water charges are issued every quarter.
The Water Services Bill can be paid:
- At any bank branch by using the giro slip attached to the bill
- By calling directly to the Veolia Office at the address on your bill. Payment by cheque, cash, credit or laser card will be accepted
- By posting payment to the Veolia Office at the address on your bill making the cheque payable to Veolia Galway City.
- By calling 091 767570 payment will be accepted by credit card.
Please Note:
- All cheques must be made payable to “Veolia Galway City” NOT to Galway City Council
- Veolia Water will not have the facility to receive payment for any services other than Water Charges
