Call Centre
| Office Hours: | The Call Centre manages all calls received on 091 536400 (main telephone number) from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. |
| Out of Office Hours: | From 5pm to 9am the following day (week days) and at weekends, calls are automatically set up to route to an out of hours Call Centre. |
The following services have been taken over in their entirety by the Call Centre:
- Household Bulky Goods Collection Service.
- Pay & Display -general queries and reporting of faulty machines
- Fixed Charge Notices (Parking Fines) - general enquiries, payments and appeals
- Resident, Carer and Visitor Parking Permits

It is possible for customers to pay Refuse Charges and Parking Fines by logging on to Galway City Council Website, www.galwaycity.ie and use the payment option.
