Galway City Council wish to procure the services of a design consultancy team for the upgrading and restoration of Comerford House at the Spanish Arch, Galway.

The architect lead team will provide a range of services to advance the design, tender, contract and administration of the project which may be advanced over a phased time period. The brief for this project may be obtained from the Corporate Services Department, City Hall, College Road, Galway, or by downloading from the link above.

The latest date for receipt of requests to participate is 4.00pm on the 13th January 2012 and submissions should be lodged in a sealed envelope marked 'Comerford House Tender' for the attention of Mr. Joe Considine, Senior Executive Officer, Corporate Services Department.
