Notice of Scheme of Grants
For the
Conservation of Protected Structures

Notice is hereby given of the scheme of grants for Protected Structures under the above legislation, administered by Galway City Council. 
The purpose of the scheme is to assist the owner or occupier of a Protected Structure or Proposed Protected Structure, to undertake necessary works to secure the conservation of the structure or part of the structure, i.e. works necessary to extend the life of the structure.  The scheme is not intended to assist in carrying out routine maintenance, alterations or improvements. 

Application forms and particulars of the scheme are available from the Heritage Officer, Galway City Council, City Hall, College Road, Galway or www.galwaycity/planning.ie

Completed application forms must be submitted to the Heritage Officer, Galway City Council, City Hall, College Road, Galway not later than 4.00p.m on Friday 26th February 2010.
