NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Galway City Council proposes to make an order closing:-

Woodquay, Northbound lane only : From junction with Daly's Place to Hughes Bar.

Period of Closure:

Saturday, 4th of April, 2015 From: 7am to 7pm

Reason: To facilitate the Galway Food Festival - Woodquay Country Market.

Alternative Routes: Alternative routes for traffic will be via signposted diversion routes.

Diversion Routes: An alternative route is available via St Francis Street (R336), Vincents Avenue & Woodquay. Local access will be maintained at all times. Advance diversion signage will be in place prior to closure commencing.

Documents can be inspected at the Galway City Council, Transportation Department, during normal office hours, from 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to the undersigned not later than 12.00 noon on Monday, 30th of March, 2015.
