Galway City Draft Development Plan 2017-2023

Public Information Sessions in relation to the Galway City Draft Development Plan 2017-2023 will be held at a number of venues throughout the City as listed below. Planning staff will be available to answer questions and provide information.

A Weekly Drop-in Clinic will be held where members of the public may call in and meet with planning staff. No prior appointment is necessary.

Written Submissions/Observations regarding the Draft Development Plan, associated documents and Proposed Additions to the Record of Protected Structures are invited by post or email before 4pm on Friday 11th March 2016.

All submissions received within the stated period will be taken into consideration before the making of the plan.

Written Submissions/ Observations should be marked Draft Galway City Development Plan and state the name of the person/body making the submission.

Submissions should be posted to the Senior Planner, Planning Department, Galway City Council, City Hall, College Road, Galway, or emailed to the following address: devplan@galwaycity.ie

Copies of the Draft City Development Plan 2017-2023 including maps and associated documents are available on the website www.galwaycity.ie and can be purchased in hard copy/CD at nominal cost from the Planning Department, Galway City Council, College Road, Galway during normal opening hours. Hard copies can be inspected at the following locations during the public consultation period:
