Notice of Decision
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Galway City Council has made an order closing:-
Right turn lane on Fairgreen Road (L-51261) onto College Road (R-339)
Period of Closure: From 08:00am 17th October until 19:00pm 02nd December, 2016.
Reason: To facilitate upgrade works at the Coach Station.
Alternative Routes: Alternative routes for traffic will be via signposted diversion routes.
Diversion Routes: Vehicles travelling from Docks can continue on Lough Atalia Road and turn back onto College Road via slip road.
Should vehicles travel onto Fairgreen Road, they can keep left at Forster Street junction into Eyre Square, Prospect Hill, Bóthar Bhreandain Ui Eithir and back onto College Road.
Alternative routes will be signposted.
Advance signage will be in place prior to closure.
