The Architects Section provides a wide range of services to many different sections of the City Council.
A core function of the section is to provide strategic advice to the City Manager in relation to the built environment and also to assist Directors of Services with regard to policy formation and programme planning by providing professional architectural services and advise.
In general the Architects Section promotes and encourages design and architectural awareness within Galway City.
