The Application Forms can be found on the Heritage Council website.

The following must be attached to all applications –

Full description of Project including methodology and work schedule
Map with the location of Project (if relevant)
Relevant additional information, such as reports, research, publications, etc, as to the value of the project
Drawings or other details as approproiate, if photographs are enclosed they should be dated, and either mounted on colour photcopied on A4 Sheet.
Detailed breakdown of costs including estimates.
