If you wish to make an account enquiry on your Housing Loan then you should contact 091 536574 and quote your Customer ID number.

Housing Loan Repayments

Loan repayments can be made in the following ways:

• In Person in the cash office
• By Post:
  • Payment accepted by cheque, postal order or bank draft
  • Quote your Customer ID number
  • Send to:

Accounts Receivable,
Finance Department,
City Hall,
College Road,
Galway.

• By Standing Order:
• Download the Standing Order Request Form and complete 
• For the City Council Reference Number please quote your Customer ID number.
• Send the completed form to your bank

  • Payment is accepted by Laser and Credit Card (including American Express)
  • Quote your Customer ID number
