Galway City Council is committed to operating in accordance with the terms of Sustaining Progress, the current Social Partnership Agreeement.
The cornerstones of the agreement are the continued development and enhancement of customer service; improved efficiencies and modernisation and the maintenance of stable industrial relations.
Galway City Council has submitted regular reports to the Performance Verification Group established under Sustaining Progress to outline our achievements in these areas.
