Variations to the Development Plan were made in accordance with Section 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000-2004 on the 18th July 2005 and on the 10th July 2006. These variations should be read in conjunction with the existing Galway City Development Plan 2005-2011 and shall prevail in case of any conflict between them and existing policies and objectives.
