Who can Appeal

The applicant for permission or any person who made a submission/observation in writing to Galway City Council in relation to the planning permission in question may appeal against the decision or conditions attaching to a decision of the City Council to An Bord Pleanala.

In addition the following, without having made any prior submission to the City Council, may make an appeal:

A prescribed body.
A person who has an interest in the adjoining land in respect of which the permissionhas been granted.
