Tax Relief on Refuse Charges

In order to claim tax relief in respect of your local authority service charges, you must have:

Paid all local authority service charges in full and on time for the previous calendar year
Arrears from earlier years must be cleared in accordance with local authority conditions
You must advise your local authority of the PPS Number of the person who is liable for the charges.
