This is your Recycling Bin.
Only clean and dry items should go in the Green Bin.
The following is a list of items that MAY be put in the green bin:
NO Glass should be put in the green bin instead it should be brought to a Bring Bank
Tip: Small loose papers can be put in a large envelope or paper bag.
Your Green Bin will not be collected if has wet or dirty material in it.
Please ensure that you rinse and dry items as wet or dirty material can contaminate other dry recyclables resulting in a whole load having to be disposed of in the landfill.
Random Bin Surveys are carried out to ensure that the correct items are being put in each bin.
