Reporting Water Quality

If you get your water from the public mains system and have doubts about it’s quality, you should check to see if the problem is being caused by deficiencies in your own plumbing system.

You can do this by checking the quality of:

The cold tap in the kitchen, as this should be fed directly off the water main.

OR

Water from your neighbours tap, if they are on the same water supply.

If the quality of this water is satisfactory then you should contact your plumber to check your system.
