DRAFT GALWAY CITY COUNCIL (STREET PERFORMANCE AND BUSKING) BYE-LAWS 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Galway City Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the provisions of Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001, as amended by the Local Government Reform Act, 2014 propose to make Street Performance and Busking Bye-Laws for the Administrative and Functional Area of Galway City. These Bye Laws repeal the Street Performance (Prohibited Periods) Bye-Laws 2011.

 

A copy of the proposed Bye-Laws are available for inspection at the offices of the Galway City Council, Customer Services Desk, City Hall, College Road, Galway, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Thursday 31st January to Friday 1st March, 2019. A copy of the proposed Bye-Laws, will be given to any such person applying for it, free of charge.

 

Written submissions in relation to the Draft Galway City Council (Street Performance & Busking) Bye-Laws 2019 should be made to the Environment & Climate Change Section, Galway City Council, City Hall, College Road, Galway not later than 4 p.m. on Friday 8th March, 2019 or by visiting galwaycity.ie/busking

All submissions shall be considered by the Galway City Council prior to making the Bye-Laws.
