The Draft Register of Electors 2021/2022 (Pink Document) has now been published and may be inspected at Post Offices, Garda Stations and the offices of Galway City Council at City Hall, College Road, Galway, or online at www.checktheregister.ie .
The Register now being prepared will be the Register in force for all elections which may be held between 15th February, 2021 and 14th February, 2022. Any person whose name is not on this Draft Register, or is shown incorrectly thereon, can claim to be registered or have an entry corrected by sending a claim, in writing, to Galway City Council not later than the 25th November, 2020. Official forms (RFA1) to be used may be obtained, on application, from Galway City Council offices and are also available online at www.galwaycity.ie.
All persons 18 years of age or over on 15th February, 2021 should make sure of their vote by checking the Draft Register now.
