Applicant: Galway City Council – Housing Department
Location: 211 Tirellan Heights, Headford Road, Galway


Proposal:
In accordance with Part X1 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 (as amended) and Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) notice is hereby given by Galway City Council of a social housing unit on lands adjoining 211 Tirellan Heights, Headford Road, Galway.
The development will consist of:


(a) 1 no. social residential unit comprising of a two bed 4 person single storey dwelling and all associated supporting development works including (i) 2 no. off street parking spaces; (ii) landscaping; (iii) temporary construction signage; (iv) estate signage; and (v) all associated site works.


Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy for a period of 4 weeks from Thursday, 1st July 2021 up to and including Thursday, 29th July 2021 during public hours at the Planning Office, Galway City Council, City Hall, College Road, Galway, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from 9:00am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
