What is Social Inclusion Week?

Social Inclusion Week for Galway City is taking place from Monday 17th – Sunday 23rd October 2022. Social Inclusion Week celebrates and showcases the vast array of initiatives taking place locally to tackle social exclusion, poverty and deprivation.  The theme for Social Inclusion Week 2022 is ‘Reconnecting Post Covid’.

We are inviting community groups and organisations to hold an event during the Week. We will include all events in a programme which will promote and highlight the week's activities.

Why should I get involved?

Social Inclusion Week is a great opportunity for you to showcase your excellent work. We hope that by working together we can showcase all the good work that is taking place in Galway City.

How do I get involved?

Please download the event application form Galway City Social Inclusion Week 2022 and return via email to housing@galwaycity.ie or via post to Social Inclusion Office, City Hall, College Road, Galway on or before 4pm Friday 23rd September 2022.
