Variation No. 3 - Screening for Strategic Environmental Assessment Determination.

23 December 2025

As per the SEA Regs (SI 436 of 2004, as amended) a signed determination is being made available for public inspection at the offices of the Council during office hours and on the website of the Council. This Screening for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) determination regarding whether or not implementation of Proposed Variation No. 3 to the Galway City Development Plan 2023-2029 would be likely to have significant effects on the environment is being made under the above Regulations, taking account of relevant criteria set out in Schedule 2A of the above Regulations"
