Under the Road Traffic (Construction and Use of Vehicles) Regulations 2003,you need a permit to move goods by road if the your cargo exceeds the limits stated in those regulations

Abandoned Vehicles

In general Galway City Council is only permitted to remove vehicles from public property. The City Council will not enter private property to remove a vehicle, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Galway City Council is currently progressing the delivery of Affordable Housing.

Schemes where Affordable Housing is available will be publicly advertised across the Local Authority website, local newspapers and social media.

Air Pollution & Quality

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is the authority with responsibility for ambient air quality monitoring in Ireland. The Environmental Protection Agency measures the levels of a number of atmospheric pollutants. Allotments

An allotment is an area of public land that is managed and maintained by the council. The plots are leased out to individuals on an annual basis. The plots are intended for growing produce and are maintained by the plot holder.
