NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Galway City Council has made an order closing:
Maunsells Road: From Shantalla Road to Taylors Hill Road
Period of Closure: 24/7 from Monday 3rd November to Friday 12th December 2025.
Reason: Urgent Upgrade of water infrastructure.
Diversion Routes: Diversion from Shantalla Road will be in place via Shantalla Road, Rahoon Road, Bishop O’ Donnell Road & Taylors Hill Road.
Diversion from Taylor’s Hill Road will be in place via Taylor’s Hill Road, Rosary Lane, Devon Gardens, Doctor Mannix Road, Threadneedle Road, Bishop O’ Donnell Road & Rahoon Road.
Localised access will be maintained at all times.
Advance diversion signage will be in place prior to work commencing.
