Galway City Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified operators for the seasonal operation of the Kiosk at Ladies Beach, Salthill. The concession will be awarded to the most economically advantageous and compliant proposal.
The successful operator will be required to manage all day‑to‑day kiosk activities, provide a high‑quality range of snack foods and hot beverages and ensure full compliance with EU safety standards and all relevant legislation. Prices must be reasonable and clearly displayed – please note that the sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Operators must present a clean, professional service, keep equipment in good order and refrain from unauthorised advertising or use of audio equipment. Full compliance with Health & Safety, food hygiene requirements and Galway City Council’s Child Protection Policy is mandatory.
