NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Galway City Council has made an order closing:
New Dock Street: From Dock Road to Merchants Road.
Period of Closure: 8am to 6pm, from Monday 11th May to Friday 22nd May 2026.
Reason: External painting and refurbishment of Merchant Square Building.
Diversion Routes: Temporary diversion route will be in place via Spanish Parade R336, Flood Street R336, onto Merchant Road.
Localised access will be maintained at all times.
Advance diversion signage will be in place prior to work commencing.
