The West Area of Galway City Centre Integrated Urban Strategy sets out a shared vision for the future of the Dominick Street and West End neighbourhoods. It provides a coordinated framework to support sustainable regeneration, strengthen local businesses, enhance public spaces and active travel, and protect the area’s distinctive cultural and built heritage. Developed in partnership with local communities, businesses and stakeholders, the Strategy will guide investment and collaborative action in the West Area over the coming years.
