From Monday 6th October Galway City Council is accepting online applications for the Community Action, Inclusion, Regeneration, Development & Environment (CAIRDE) Grant 2026.
This grant offers financial support for community, voluntary, sporting, social enterprise and business association groups to deliver projects that enhance local communities and improve quality of life.

A total fund of €25,000 is available this year and interested Local community groups planning a festival or event in Galway City are invited to apply.
