NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Galway City Council proposes to make an order closing:
Court Lane: Southern end of Court Lane, at its junction with St. Anthony's Place.
Period of Closure: 24/7 from Monday 6th October to Friday 17th October 2025.
Reason: To facilitate building repair works.
Diversion Routes: Diversion route will be via Saint Anthony’s Place, Saint Francis Street and Saint Vincent's Avenue.
Advance diversion signage will be in place prior to work commencing.
Documents can be inspected at Reception, Galway City Council, City Hall, College Road, Galway, H91 X4K8, during office hours, from 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to Mr Patrick Greene, Director of Services, Galway City Council, at above address, or by email to: roads@galwaycity.ie not later than 12.00 noon on Thursday 18th September 2025.
