Galway City Council invites applications from creative practitioners based in Galway City for Artist in Residence Opportunities for 2026. Artists working in a range of artistic disciplines are welcome to apply, including, visual culture, literature, contemporary film, music, dance, architecture, theatre and traditional arts.

Áras Éanna, Inis Oírr (5 - 29 May 2026)
Pat Coleman Emerging Writer Residency at Áras Éanna (5 - 29 May 2026)
Successful applicants must be available to take up residence at the specified dates.
