As part of our Local Authority Climate Action Plan (LACAP), Galway City Council continues to progress our 2030 energy efficiency and carbon reduction targets, as part of our transition to a sustainable energy future.

Ballybane Dressing Room

The Ballybane dressing room was constructed in 2005 and offers an excellent facility for local sports teams and community groups in East Galway City. The building was consuming 19,382 kWh of energy on an annual basis. With these changes, the building was able to reduce energy consumption by 31%.
