Section 38 Application – BusConnects works at various locations in Galway City

Galway City Council’s Active Travel Department is supporting the National Transport Authority (NTA) in their provision of a redesigned bus network for the Galway Metropolitan Area. To facilitate this redesigned bus network, improvement works will be carried out at locations throughout the city. Some of these require planning approval, and these are subject of a planning application by Galway City Council under Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994.
